It's a Woodchuck.
The Woodchuck is better known as a Groundhog.
Woodchucks are Rodents just like Squirrels, Chipmunks, Gophers, Beavers, Mice, Rats, Prairie Dogs,
Guinea Pigs, Capybaras,
Hamsters and Muskrats.
The Woodchuck was referenced to the Junior Woodchucks
were the scouting Organization in
Carl Barks' Comic Books and in Ducktales.
