Fenrir the Wolf

and the Son of Loki in Norse Mythology.

Fenrir was managed to kill Odin during the Events of Ragnarok. 

When Ragnarok comes, Fenrir the ferocious gigantic Wolf 

would swallow the Sun

Víðarr, Odin's Son avenged his own Father, Odin by rending Fenrir's Jaws apart and stabbing it in the Heart with his Spear, thus killing the monstrous Wolf.
