This is a Beedrill in Jesse's Car I got. 

It was evolved from Kakuna. 

Beedrill was one of the most dangerous Bug Pokémon of all.

has a Stinger and these Wings making all buzzing Noises. 

I think Beedrill was between a Bee and a Wasp.
