I think Stimpy has a goofy looking Face 

with a little bit of puckered Lips.
You know The Ren and STimpy Show is my favorite TV Show, 

but not Ren and Stimpy 'ADult Party Cartoon' because it's 

my least favorite TV Show and I don't like it.
