The Festival and the Freakshow

That's the circle at the Festival of the Stars from "Night on the galactic Railroad", 

and that's Madame Pica's Freakshow full of 

scary, creepy, freaky, weird, strange, bizarre Freaks from "Jojo in the Stars".
And there were Torches 
around the Freakshow and they looked like Tiki Torches.  

I bet Madame Pica's Freakshow in "Jojo in the Stars" 

reminds me of the Festival of the Stars in "Night on the galactic Railroad". 

I guess Festivals were different than Freakshows.
