Angelica forced Tommy's Parents to bake her Cookies because she was eating 
Tommy's Parents out of House and Home 

after she took Tommy's Parents, Tommy's Toys and Tommy's House 

that the Guardian Angel looks like Chuckie to show Chuckie.
