Madame Pica from "Jojo in the Stars"

That's Madame Pica from the 2003 British Short Film called "Jojo in the Stars". 

She was a mean black Pica with few Spikes 

all over her Body and spiky Breasts. 

Madame Pica looked at Jojo up there and she 

looked at Hero looked at Jojo. 

The Freaks were looking at Madame Pica.

Madame Pica was glaring at Hero and Jojo 

when she was furious. 

Madame Pica was looking at the Picture of Jojo 

when she drunk a little bit. 

The Masked Freak showed Madame Pica 

about Hero being injured, disfigured and survived 

and then she screamed. 

Madame Pica was saying "Please, do make yourself at Home" 

as Hero enters the Dungeon where he found Jojo with him. 

Madame Pica says that Hero was one of Madame Pica's Children 

as well, then she quickly slammed the Metal Door.
