This is Poliwrath and it was evolved from Poliwhirl 

that I got another one and I used a quicker 

Way to get some Poliwag Candies 

to make it evolve into Poliwrath. 

Togetic was a Fairy Type Pokémon 

and Poliwrath was a Water Fighting Type Pokémon.
