A Pirate Captain Skeleton

That's a Pirate Captain Skeleton from "James and the giant Peach" 
that looked like Jack Skellington from 
"The Nightmare before Christmas". 
The Pirate Skeleton pulled the Strips of the Centipede 
and he got the Compass from him.
