They're in the Bathroom from the Episode called "A visit to
Anthony".
Anthony told Ren and Stimpy Cartoon Characters don't do that
like pooping, peeing, and even taking a Bath.
Ren was on the Toilet reading a Book and
Stimpy was taking a nice relaxing Bath.
Pretty hilarious, isn't it?
