Rhydon and Quagsire

It's a Rhydon. 

Rhydon was evolved from Rhyhorn. 

Rhydon was one of the most powerful Ground Type Pokémon 

in the Pokémon World. 

That Rhydon has a Horn and a scaly Belly. 

It’s a Quagsire.

Quagsire was evolved from Wooper

And it looked like a Newt and a Salamander.

Rhydon and Quagsire were Ground Type Pokémon,

But Quagsire was a Water Type Pokémon, and Rhydon was not a Water Type Pokémon.
Rhydon was from Generation 1 Pokémon
and Quagsire was from Generation 2 Pokémon.
